Get Clink

This is the test version of a speed-dating app. Get it on your phone before the night, then sit back and let it do the awkward part.

iPhone

Needs TestFlight, Apple's free test-app installer. Install TestFlight first

  1. Tap the button. If TestFlight isn't installed, the App Store opens it first. Install it (free), then tap the link again.
  2. Tap Accept, then Install.
  3. Open Clink and sign in with your email. It sends you a 6-digit code.

Android

A ~120 MB file. Grab it on Wi-Fi.

  1. Tap Download. Chrome may warn that this type of file can harm your device. Tap Download anyway. It's the test app, not a store app.
  2. Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow installs from Chrome (or your browser). It's a one-time setting.
  3. If Google Play Protect says it hasn't seen this app before, tap More details, then Install anyway.
  4. Open Clink and sign in with your email. It sends a 6-digit code.

Keep the app open during the night. Notifications may not arrive on Android in this test.
